12/2 release show

Current Status

Test presses for our new 7" in the next week or so, record release show for that probably in November.  The cassette version is almost sold out on our end, probably have about 8 left so if you want one please order from the label.  I'm going to stop doing mailorder on those and save the last few for our upcoming show on October 1st.  Down to the last 20 copies of the Demo 7", and the split 7" is long gone.  Also, there is a Sea of Shit interview in the new Negative Noise fanzine where i give a few long winded responses to some questions i probably should have answered more concisely.  You can obtain a copy of that directly from Crippled Sound or from the Diseased Audio distro.  We still have an abundance of shirts available, all sizes in the "Hands" design and small/large only in the older design.  Older design is officially retired because i threw the screen in the garbage.  Get all that stuff here.

11/1 UPDATE:  The EP tape and Demo 7" are completely sold out from both us and the labels that released them.  The only place left you can obtain either of these releases from is 16oh.  Test presses for our new 7" have been mailed and should be arriving this week, still no release show set up but something will eventually unfold I assume.  We have one new song written that will be going on a To Live A Lie 7" comp but aside from that no major release plans for the future just yet.

Our Return...

We're back from tour.  All around good shows were had.  Thanks to James Downing, Catbomb NYC, Logan from Backslider, and everyone at the Harrison house in Ft Wayne for hooking us up with a show and putting us up with places to stay, especially Vanessa from Catbomb.  Her hospitality was above and beyond in every aspect.  Anyone who needs a show of grind/pv nature in nyc should definitely hit her or Brian up, they will do you no wrong.

We sold out of all our records on tour, but there are a few shirts leftover in the bigcartel store.  We also have a tape version of our new ep out on Kills You Records (thanks Matt).  They were initially made for our tour but the box of tapes didn't arrive back from the plant in time so we self dubbed 25 tour copies for those days.  The 100 pro pressed cassettes are available now though so contact Kills You this week (or us) if you want one.  Also, just got the masters back for the ep 7" so those should also be done by October.  Suburban Mayhem is sold out of our Demo 7", we bought the remaining 60 copies off the label for ourselves.  I put some of those up in the store as well, aside from 16oh i think it's the only U.S. source for getting one of these.

New EP in the works...

We recorded 8 songs the other day with our good friend (and former bass player) Niko Zaglaras.  They will be going on a 7" as a split release between PRGNT Records from the US and Idoneum Bello Records from Germany.  No set release date on that yet but tracks have been posted on our bandcamp page.  In other news, pre orders for our demo 7" will be going up at the end of the month.  Check Destroyed Human for info on that.  Oh yeah and we have a show this Friday in the lovely city of Rockford, IL.  Come out and say hello.

Tour/Records/Shirts

Thanks to everyone who came out the other night.  Photos of the entire show can be found here.  We won't be playing Chicago again until the 15th of July but we have some other out of town shows planned, including a tour in August.  On this tour we will have the last remaining copies of our split 7" as well as our Demo 7" and a new self titled ep (in some form or another).

In regards to the Demo 7", it will finally be available in late June.  Suburban Mayhem has called it quits as a label but this is still coming out as their last release, along with the Column of Heaven tape.  For updates on all that you can refer to Jamie's blog, Destroyed Human.

There are some leftover shirts of the old design in the bigcartel.  We're not making any more of those so if you want one this is your big chance.  There are also some longsleeves too, just in time for those boiling hot summer days...

Minor Setback

Our guitar player suffered an unfortunate injury to his hand that required a bit of surgical repair, followed by post op bracing, rehabilition, etc.   Because of this we are unable to play our 4/23 show at Albion House.  Apologies to anyone who wanted to see us, we should be back on track in time for our show on 5/20.  Accidents do sometimes happen.

Updates for the Time Being

We just finished writing our 8 song EP, should be recording that in next month or so.  Demo 7" is still at the pressing plant.  That should be out next month (limited to 300 copies, on Suburban Mayhem).  We have about 10 remaining copies of the Sea of Shit/Socially Retarded 7" left that have been set aside to sell at shows.  If you want to mail order one you can order online from here.

We are playing a show in Chicago on May 20th, and You're Weird fest in July.  Check out the shows section for updates on all that.
